Which type of playground rubber should you choose?

Not all types of playground rubber are the same. Some loose rubber surfacing is made by shredding used tires and may contain sharp metal, bits of belts or cords, or carbon black. These types of materials may not be suitable for use in use in a residential or commercial playground.
